By accessing or using this website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Sales & Fulfillment

All sales are final. Each book is printed specifically for your order to minimize waste and support sustainable practices. Orders are fulfilled through our printing partner, Lulu. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, artwork, and design, is the property of Michael Nokken / Harmony Code Gallery and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
